	Using out technology settlements become sewage free and almost water self-sufficient .
	The settlement water consumption is nationally very differenth If the water consumption is in Germany we calculate with approx. 120 litres per head and day, it increases in Majorca to 350 litres and in the USA even over 500 litres. The national water consumption is strongly connected with the habits and the environmental consciousness of the populations. 	With our technology new forms of settlement become possible We install the black water modules on a building block or street level. The grey water modules combine districts of at most 5,000 for inhabitants semi-centrally. Semi-central "water communities" arise in the towns, which positively influence the social structure and the companionship on a local district level. Also by the by-products, the structure of town/country changes. With our technologies, towns become raw material suppliers for the agricultures surrounding the towns - green belts and lungs around the towns can be supported .
	Even in very dry areas settling becomes possible. By the drastically reduced water consumption due to our methods, a settling in arid areas becomes feasible . These areas open up, besides water transport or desalination of sea water, the new and ready available resource grey water, with our technology this can be exploited to a maximum. All that is needed is the one-time basic stock (artificial aquifer), this has to be filled once. We create artificial aquifers with the stockpiling of a water quantity, which generally suffices for a long-term supply for the catchment area. This safety buffer is sufficient for plant maintenances periods and the worst failure scenarios. Additionally, thus sufficient fire water is available, without disturbing the public water supply
	Our contribution: Increased safety, political pacification and autonomous structure development By our decentralization of the municipal water supply, extensive terrorists attacks on the central water supply of entire towns is not possible. This increases the safety of the residents. Due to the almost water self-sufficiency of entire towns, which becomes possible with our technology, we can make a small contribution to defuse current and future political water conflicts between nations. By the closure of substance loops we also make a contribution to the autonomous and sustainable, independent structure development of underdeveloped regions. By the by-products fertilizer and compost and the opening up of the water resource grey water we create de-centrally the precondition for arising of agricultural enterprises around the towns – as well as small utilization businesses, which collect, process and deliver the by-products.
